1.1 Themagi.app ("we", "us", or "our") provides its service to you through its mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"), subject to the following Terms of Service ("ToS"), which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you.
1.2 By accessing and using the Service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of the ToS.
2.1 Themagi.app provides astrological interpretations using custom trained A.I. technology. The Service allows users to purchase tokens for one-time use or subscribe for unlimited tokens to access these interpretations.
3.1 The Magi (themagi.app) provides the purchase of tokens through one-time payments or subscriptions. These transactions are processed via Stripe.
3.2 Some transactions, specificaly those linked to partner accounts, are processed through Stripe Connect. This facilitates direct payments to our partners while ensuring secure handling of financial transactions.
3.3 For transactions processed via Stripe and Stripe Connect, customers agree to be bound by Stripe's terms and conditions and privacy policy, available at stripe.com.
3.4 Payments made directly to Solar Intent LLC for non-partner-linked transactions are processed through Stripe's standard payment processing system.
3.5 Queries related to payments, refunds, or payment processing should be directed to Solar Intent LLC at (972) 853-1350 or support@themagi.app.
4.1 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by any registration forms on the Service; maintain the security of your password and identification; maintain and promptly update registration data, and any other information you provide to the Service.
5.1 Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy is hereby incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read the Privacy Policy carefully for information relating to our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.
6.1 We reserve the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

8.1 These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9.2 Themagi.app makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information, content, materials, products, or services included on or otherwise made available to you through the Service, unless otherwise specified in writing.
9.3 You expressly agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
9.4 To the full extent permissible by law, themagi.app disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
9.5 Themagi.app does not warrant that the Service, information, content, materials, products, or services included on or otherwise made available to you through the Service, its servers, or electronic communications sent from themagi.app are free of viruses or other harmful components.
9.6 To the full extent permissible by law, themagi.app will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Service or from any information, content, materials, products, or services included on or otherwise made available to you through the Service, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages, unless otherwise specified in writing.
10.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and themagi.app and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements.
